Dirty Projectors are set to build on their Swing Lo Magellan release from earlier with what's being billed as a new EP of material. What's an EP and what's a single? To me these sound like exactly the same thing, but the good news here is that it comes with three (count em') unreleased tracks from the Swing Lo Magellan sessions. It's centered around the album track "About to Die," that you can watch in the video player below. The "About to Die" footage includes material from the Dirty Projectors movie Hi Custodian which arrived last week (directed by David Longstreth). As for the single/EP/new music thing, it's available for pre-order from Domino Records and will be released on Nov. 6 on 12" vinyl.
