With the Foo Fighters on a break, Dave Grohl has time on his hands. So it's no surprise that he'll be using those Dave Grohl hands to play drums for the Queens of the Stone Age new album, in place drummer Joey Castillo who's no longer in the band. "[Grohl] and I have this wonderful musical relationship which we don't have with other people. It's a very cool and comfortable position," said Josh Homme when speaking to Zane Lowe from Radio 1 in an interview. Dave Grohl has a QOTSA history, he also played on the album Songs For The Deaf in 2002. |
