Black Rebel Motorcycle Club are set to emerge from the dark shadows and return with their sixth full-length album, which looks to be untitled at this point. A press release is mentioning that it will be "true to their sonic template - fuzzy guitars, blues licks, atmospheric feedback," so the BRMC sound looks to be alive and well. The band is ready for the release and some live shows as well, with Robert Been saying: "Peter, Leah and myself are dying to get out of this studio right now and back into the fight. It's taken us a long while getting back on our feet, but the time has come."
As for now, they have three shows lined up: Slim's in San Francisco on Dec. 19, The Catalyst in Santa Cruz on Dec. 20 and The Troubadour in Los Angeles on Dec. 21, and it looks like more shows will arrive later for 2013.
