Dan Deacon was on Jimmy Kimmel last night to perform the song "True Thrush," off of the album America. Domino Records calls the album "the culmination of years spent playing both DIY venues and concert halls across the world, of exercises in the power of the individual and a coordinated mass, of a disenfranchised mind questioning notions of cultural identity and values, America is a study in density." Nothing like American overconsumption to get the creative juices flowing, eh?
