Sigur Rós are doing a Reddit AMA live q&a session today at 3 PM EST today to "ask the band whatever you want." Know that sometimes interviews are not always the band's forte -- they've been known to offer very short responses to questions.

Sigur Ros is saying that they're now a three-piece band, and will offer the skkinny on new material they've been working on and will release a video at the same time. They offered this: "The now three-piece band will be live online talking direct to you from the recording studio in los angeles where they are presently working on new material, for around an hour. They are also planning a brief glimpse into their near future with a video clip of new material scheduled to go live simultaneously."
