Watch Fol Chen - “200 Words” (Music Video)

Experimental indie pop band Fol Chen is launching into an entire new band in 2013, with the addition of vocalist Sinosa Loa and a new album titled The False Alarm on Asthmatic Kitty Records. Check out the video of the song "200 Words" above, it's interesting how the band has achieved a bigger sound and a strange chemistry between the elements. Their recording label Asthmatic Kitty is saying "The band calls the genre of False Alarms “Opera House,” a name lifted from Malcolm McLaren but recoined as beat-driven electronica with grand, operatic gestures and lyrically-dense storytelling." The album arrives on Mar. 19, and you can get a free download MP3 of the song "200 Words" below.
