Listen to Lace Curtain - “Nothing I Wanna Do” (Streaming Music)

So why the name Lace Curtain? A quick trip to the Urban Dictionary offers up two possible interpretations, world's apart. One is ethnic, the other sexual. Whatever the reason, Lace Curtain have a minimal techno-take on what Echo and the Bunnymen might be doing if they were a new band on DFA Records right now. Post-punk meets minimal techno with an almost goth-industrial influence. So it's a happy song.
