Beat Mark make the kind of indie pop that sounds like it could have been made decades ago or yesterday. A combination of psychedelic and lo-fi influences make them sound like what might've happened to Times New Viking if TNV went the pop route instead of being more on the noisy side in their early days. The French band have a new single out for the song "What I Want The Most" off of their Howls of Joy album on London's Ample Play Records.

Beat Mark throw in a droney vibe reminiscent of early My Bloody Valentine but come across way more lucid, they eschew influences like Jesus and Mary Chain and Primal Scream by making their music more indie rock and fresh sounding. Check out their other song “Son Thomas Hunter” for the former.
