"Creep the Creeps" is the perfect embodiment of noise pop / indie pop / punk via the infamous Slumberland Records. The song is from Kids on a Crime Spree, a project that approaches song writing with light / dark / light feel to it. It may seem like a simple indie pop tune, but a closer listen reveals a darker underside to both the lyrics and melody. Mario Hernandez fronts the project and he brought in Becky Barron and Bill Evans to work in the post-Phil Spector neverland that is Kids On A Crime Spree. It's a Bonnie and Clyde power trio for the modern age.

Slumberland Records calls it "punchy, handclap-driven power-pop of the very highest order, with a driving dance beat courtesy of Ms Barron," adding "It's a heady combination, and points to new directions for exploration." Also check out the video for "Sweet Tooth" below.
