The Dodos Sign to Polyvinyl For New Album This Year, Listen To A Preview

Indie pop band The Dodos have signed on to Polyvinyl Records for the release of their new album, which the just finished recording in San Francisco. There's no release date yet, but it will be out sometime later this year. In the meantime, check out The Dodos album preview below, it includes one of the songs from the new album.

The band consists of Meric Long & Logan Kroeber, who have been working together since 2005 when the released an EP called DoDo Bird. This eventually became the band name, but the name was later revised when people started calling them The Dodos.

They're coming from Frenchkiss Records, where they've been since 2007, releasing three albums.
