In addition to the interactive Arcade Fire video that was launched today for the the song "Reflektor," Arcade Fire have released the Anton Corbijn-directed video for the same song. It'd Arcade Fire day! This is all in the run-up to the release of their full album release of Reflektor, due some time later. The disco-influenced track harkens back to the late 70s when rock was influenced by disco, and even Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones dabbled. Check out their experiment below with “Miss You” and tell me it’s not reminiscent of Blondie.

The video is shot in black and white, and alternates between a sort of adventure story sequence and live shots of the band performing on a bus. There's a deeper storyline here though, as the band meets face to face with ... a reflected version of themselves. Yep ... Reflektor.
