New from Atoms For Peace ... a remix of the song You Wouldn't Like Me When I'm Angry. After opening with some vaguely Radiohead / Fitter / Happier piano keys, the remix launches into into a tabla rhythm with a sort of zen chant repeating in the background as a meditation, albeit an upbeat one. The whole Atoms for Peace remix clocks in at just under eleven minutes, a nice workout / chant / music meditation. They work up the beat about 3/4 of the way through and whole thing goes over the top and into something much more electronic music-based, a nice transition.
They launched it Soundcloud with this message:
"Mx done for friends of ours runway show..
collage of unreleased beats and such like..
featuring Mauro from Atoms for Peace
and a mashed beat by Jonathan Greenwood esq"
The title is reminiscent of another "Don't make me angry" quote, though:
