Now that the initial excitement over the new Google Chromecast being launched, they're looking to expand. Pandora Radio is the next streaming music service on tap, as promised by Google back in July when Chromecast launched.
"Pandora is available on Chromecast through an update to its Android and iOS mobile apps, which will include a Cast button for simple, one-touch streaming to the TV," reads the press release.
Chromecast lets you listen to music, watch TV shows, movies and more on your mobile phone, tablet, computer or TV. It comes with Netflix and YouTube capabilities, all built-in on the original product. All you have to do is plug Chromecast into your TV or computer and it will connect via wi-fi.
"More than one-third of radio listening takes place in the home and we are continually innovating and investing in new platforms that help us seamlessly deliver access to Pandora across a broad range of connected devices,” said Pandora Chief Technology Officer and EVP of Product, Tom Conrad.
