The new Thurston Moore video recycles a Chelsea Light Moving song as part of an upcoming new batch for songs for his next solo album. The details are scant at this point, but the video for “Heavenmetal” is a story of pair of young women becoming blood sisters. The video was filmed and directed by Julien Langendorff, and the song is subtle but has some of Moore's signature features: complicated, intricate and off-kilter melodies combined with a deep storyline in the lyrics. Look for the new album in June.
