The Leeds Festival, a dual festival that goes with the Reading Festival. Reading and Leeds were recently known as "Carling Weekend" until the festival sponsor Carling dropped support for the two shows. Festival Republic has picked up the bill and continued the drive. Reading and Leeds are two of the oldest music festivals around, which date back to 1961.
The 2012 Leeds Festival has not announced its lineup yet. Check back for more details.
Tickets will be available in the Spring at an as of yet unspecified date, under two ticket plans: the two part scheme involves 2 payments of 50% of the ticket price with an £8.00 booking fee per ticket; the four part schem is th same idea in 4 payments: each one is 25% of the ticket price with an £8.00 booking fee per ticket.
