Richard Thompson is BACK! He's curating this year's Meltdown Festival and will be announcing a line up soon.

Past curators have included Ornette Coleman, Massive Attack, Patti Smith, John Peel, Nick Cave, and Mr. David Bowie himself. Ornette Coleman sits in pretty esteemed company to be assigned the duty of curating the festival.

This will be the 17h Meltdown Festival, which takes place in Southbank Centre in London for 'nine days of concerts, DJ sets, talks, films, and visual art.'
