In the past, Hauschka deconstructed the sonic quality of his music by changing the piano, i.e. modifying to his liking. He worked in the spirit of John Cage or Henry Cowell to deconstruct the music on a wholistic level in order to create something entirely new sounding.

Cornershop have announced a set of U.S. shows in November, hitting big cities on both coasts. Although the tour is in support of Judy Sucks A Lemon For Breakfast, Cornershop have also recently released a Naked Ape reworking of their classic "Brimful of Asha," as well as an upcoming single with  Matsuki Ayumu.
